Making Health Cool Means Helping Others

At the Nandi Bros, we believe health isn’t just about your body — it’s about your heart too. That’s why this October, we’re joining a worldwide movement called Socktober to give back to our community in a simple but powerful way.

Why Socks?

Did you know that socks are the number one most requested clothing item in homeless shelters?
They keep people warm, protect feet from the cold, and give comfort to men, women, and children facing tough times. A new pair of socks might seem small, but it can make a huge difference.

How We’re Helping

This Socktober, the Nandi Bros are leading a community-wide sock drive across Metro Detroit.

You can drop off new socks at these locations:

Detroit Country Day School

  • Upper School/High School – 22305 W Thirteen Mile Rd, Beverly Hills, MI 48025
  • Lower School – 3600 Bradway Blvd, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48301
  • Middle School – 22400 Hillview Ln, Beverly Hills, MI 48025

Health Hero Pharmacy locations

  • Wellpointe Medical Building – 1701 E South Blvd, Rochester Hills, MI 48307
  • Corewell Health Medical Building – 6700 N Rochester Rd, Rochester Hills, MI 48306
  • Unasource Medical Building – 4600 Investment Dr #100, Troy, MI 48098
  • Coffee Beanery Troy
At the end of the month, all donations will be sorted and delivered to shelters across Metro Detroit, including Alternatives for Girls, COTS, Grace Centers of Hope, and Mariners Inn.

How You Can Join In

  1. Pick up a new pack of socks.
  2. Drop them in one of our Socktober boxes.
  3. Know that you’re making a real difference in someone’s life.

Every Sock Counts

If every student, family, and neighbor donates just one pair, we can collect hundreds of socks and spread warmth throughout our community.

Be a Health Hero

This Socktober, let’s step up together. With your help, we can show that even the smallest act of kindness can have a big impact.
